Restaurants
Puerta Vieja-My all time favorite. It is located at the entrance to Misiones. It’s a little pricey but the quality has always been excellent. www.puertavieja.com
Felix’s- This is what Mama’s turns into at night. It has a great salsa bar with some excellent traditional and not so traditional Mexican food www.felixcabosanlucas.com
Cabo Wabo- A great night spot but surprisingly great food also. One of the best steaks I’ve had in Cabo was served here. www.cabowabo.com/cwa/
Enrique’s - Very good food for an inexpensive price. Family atmosphere with live entertainment.
The Office - This is on Medano Beach not far from the downtown area. Happy Hour 2-4. Great food and a really fun Mexican Fiesta night on Thursdays.
Edith’s - Just above the Office and has wonderful fish and lobster.
Villa Serano – very good food and great Mexican coffee.
Lenny’s – Great inexpensive place for breakfast or lunch.
Da MonaLisa - The restaurant at Misiones. People come by the busloads to Da MonaLisa because of the fantastic view. Of course this is the view we have all the time at Misiones. www.damonalisa.com.
Mi casa – great atmosphere and very good Mexican food.
Casa Raphael - Great food and entertainment with dinner (a very good group of Mexican singers and instrumentalists) and an excellent piano bar with a very "cool" decor. |
Nightclubs
Cabo Wabo - Sammy Hagar’s place. A must see while in Cabo. (Also has good food.)
Squid Row - Wild Place, very crowded, young crowd.
Gigglin Marlin - Over 30’s crowd. Pretty fun show each night with audience participation.
What’s Up Bar - Kind of a hole in the wall Karaoke bar but very fun.
Mambo Cafe - Live Entertainment Salsa Bar. This is pretty much a local's night club. If you like to salsa this is the place to go. |

Snorkeling Beaches
Misiones Beach swimming/snorkeling - just a short walk from the condo. If you didn’t bring snorkel equipment you can rent it from the man on the beach. I have two sets in the condo you are welcome to use. Or you can purchase some inexpensive snorkels at Costco, Soriana’s or CCC’s.
Lover’s Beach - Catch the water taxi at The Office.
Santa Maria Beach - next to Twin Dolphin Hotel
La Concha Beach - next to the Hilton Hotel
Chileno Beach - Just past Santa Maria Beach (best snorkeling) |
